Meeting Your Group at the Airport
Twelve airports have their own page, among them Paris-Charles de Gaulle, Orly, Beauvais, Nice Côte d'Azur and Lyon-Saint Exupéry. Each explains where the vehicle waits, where you meet your driver and how far it is into town.
Why the driver isn't at the kerb
French airports keep pre-booked vehicles away from the terminal doors. At Charles de Gaulle and Orly they wait in the airport's professional car parks; at Nice, each terminal has its own coach station; at Beauvais, groups are collected only in the coach park between P2 and P4. Bordeaux publishes no coach pickup point, so the meeting place is agreed when you book.
Rules worth knowing before you go
- At Orly, group coaches use 'Cars de groupe 1' on the arrivals forecourt level of Orly 1-2-3 and 'Cars de groupe 4' at Orly 4
- At Lyon-Saint Exupéry, occasional coaches set down and pick up at the Parking Minute Gare TGV, with a maximum stay of 4 hours
- A VTC may pick up only passengers who booked in advance, and the driver must be able to show the booking
Details to send
Flight numbers, landing times and how many are travelling, plus a word about bags, buggies and sports kit. If people arrive on different flights, list each one. Flying into Charles de Gaulle? Give the terminal shown on your booking, as the terminals are renumbered in March 2027.
Your questions, answered
Will the driver come into the terminal?
It depends on the airport and the vehicle. The meeting point is set when you book, and the vehicle stays in its car park until you are ready.
What if our flight is late?
The operator follows the landing time from the flight number you give us. If the flight changes, a quick message helps the pickup move with it.
Is Beauvais really a Paris airport?
It serves Paris but sits about 82 km from the centre, roughly 1 h 20 min by road in light traffic, so allow for that on your first evening.
